The cost estimate is based on three factors:

The level of academic difficulty involved
Thus the level of difficulty and the degree of urgency act as multipliers of the basic charge, with a maximum percentage increase of 25%. This means that, in the worst case, you would never pay more than $25 per hour – far less than you would have to pay for an hour of tutoring with anyone else.

IITian College charges to Tutors 10% for the payment upto USD$100, 20% for the payment of USD$101-USD$200, 30% for the payment of USD $201-USD$300 and flat 40% on the payment above USD$301.
